Ordered!  Didn’t realize I needed this !

It's a relatively cheap one I found on Amazon. Most nights the integrated one is fine. But when I want to take a nap during the day and there's too much noise outside, then I wear the same mask but with one of those big earphones, encapsulating the entire ear. A Sony model, with noise cancelling. The thing is that with the big ones you better not roll too much, otherwise you will wake if you try to lay on the side, instead of on your back, stomach up. With the integrated one you have more freedom of movement, so to speak. 😉
