this is a useful counterweight to AI-acceleration rhetoric. It does not deny that AI can transform medicine. It says the bottleneck is not just cognition. The bottleneck is embodied, experimental, regulated, messy biology—and solving that requires institutions, data, trials, money, and purpose-built systems, not just a smarter chatbot.
