Whoop sounds like its the best in this class. This article compares it to the Oura as well.
The main difference is the depth of insight — Whoop provides the most detailed analysis, while Oura Ring mostly focuses on sleep quality.
What I like the sound of is "Whoop knows that too much data can feel overwhelming, so they lead with simplicity. Instead of throwing complex charts at you right away, the app presents an overview with 4 core metrics. It's a quick, clear snapshot of what matters most today."
