I do think the having too much data take is interesting. Hypochondriacs are right some of the time, but the rest of the time they could be doing themselves a real disservice.

Speaking of coffee I’ve been LOVING Praxanthine. It’s a downstream metabolite of caffeine that is far less habit-forming, tolerance-building, and the best part — half-life is only about 3 hours, so it does not affect #Sleep at all. Also, no jitters and far less anxiety-inducing. I’ve been taking about 200mg first thing in the morning and then about 160mg at about 1pm. I still drink decaf coffee all day. always blew my mind to wonder like what exactly determines the patterns on a turtle shell or whatever - seems like the morphogenesis papers are kinda like "this mathematically is possible/conceivable as a way that DNA could represent things" but we're still a long way from concretely understanding it... at least thats as much as i know
