Anyone here tried Infrared light therapy? I've been using my red light therapy device for a few weeks now and I'm really noticing the benefits. My skin looks so much smoother and clearer. The red light is supposed to stimulate collagen production and help reduce fine lines and wrinkles. I can definitely see a difference in the tone and texture of my skin - it just looks healthier and more youthful. Another thing I've noticed is that my joint pain has decreased quite a bit. I have chronic pain in my knees from old sports injuries, but the red light therapy seems to be helping reduce inflammation and ease the pain when I focus the light at the pain areas. One of the most surprising benefits has been how much my energy levels have increased. I feel like I have consistent energy throughout the day ever since I started doing the red light therapy. I used to really hit an afternoon slump, but now I can power through my afternoons. I've read that the red light helps increase ATP production and blood flow, which provides more energy to cells. Overall, I'm quite pleased with the results I'm seeing from consistent red light therapy. Going to keep doing these treatments because the benefits have been noticeable. Want to see if anyone has similar experience and its not just placebo effect for me! The Infrared light device I got from amazon is about $100USD, worth the investment in my opinion!
