There's a balance and no silver bullets!  Many people seek out psychedelics for healing but fail to implement the necessary daily routines and mental health practices to maintain the benefits, leading to a "revolving door" of temporary relief.

Integrating the insights from psychedelic experiences requires consistent meditation, journaling, somatic work, and other practices to process emotions and change behavior, not just relying on the temporary "high."
