Has anyone in the group had any experience with PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) therapy and/ or home use PEMF devices? There are claims that it helps with chronic pain and sleep issues too. I'm willing to give it a shot but I wanna gather more info first, as a higher end device can get pricy.

In summary I am trying to find significant amount of H2 and O2 in (ML) per Min

My Japanese device only gives you 60ml of hydrogen per minute without any O2.

I know that breathing O2 and H2 is really good, i tried it in other activities like rowing and bikes.
