Guys, I know some here also struggle to fall asleep at night. I've been testing these two eye massage devices I got on Amazon, at a discount. I definitely recommend them. I had only the relaxation aspect in mind when making the purchase. And guess what? Most times I inadvertent fall asleep somewhere in the middle of the 20 minutes session. God bless! 🙏
I got the two with the best recommendations so as to see which one would be better, but there's no clear winner.
The more silent BREO has a slight lead. Less noise is more conducive to relaxation. And sleep, of course.
One final note: I tend to seek a meditative state during the sessions, using mantras. That definitively helps a lot to get these results.
Bottom line: I think it's great value for money.
