Has anyone else here tried out inhaling molecular hydrogen (H2) and/ or drinking water enriched with it? I have been experimenting with it for a little over one month now, after hearing about it on a biohack podcast, and I have the impression it really works! At least for decreasing body inflammation levels. Since I've started, recovery after exercise is faster and I'm able to perform better during it. Especially where inflammation levels might pose a challenge, like, in my case, going deeper in certain yoga poses. The ones that work major joints, like knees, hip and shoulders. Like full camel, for instance, which is quite challenging. I was well impressed! Overall energy level has also increased a bit. But that one is very subjective... What is more objective, as with joint/ muscle inflammation levels, is skin (face and body). My skin has been feeling smoother/ more hydrated. Maybe this has also to do with decrease in inflammation levels? Or could this be due to a different pathway? I really don't know. Since inhaling and ingesting (diluted in water) molecular hydrogen (H2) was the only change in my biohack routine lately, I'm attributing these developments to it. Has anybody else here had experience with molecular hydrogen as a therapy/ biohack? I found an article online (link below) full of links to articles with study results published on PubMed (the most important medical research database) that confirm the many benefits of molecular hydrogen โ€“ including decrease in inflammation levels. Both with inhalation and/ or ingestion (in water). The guy that wrote the article I mention also sells hydrogen generators on his website. But that is not the one I purchased. I purchased one with better price and stronger output on AliExpress. Quality is good and pre and after sale costumer service there is also very good. If anyone is interested, this is the hydrogen generator I have been using: https://a.aliexpress.com/.. Right now they have a promotion where together with the inhaling machine you get a water hydrogen enriching cup (which I also have), so both approaches can be combined. That's what I've been doing. Interested โ€“ and excited โ€“ in hearing others here on the matter! ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ™

I came across this article on the scienc...
Bloating after drinking hydrogen enriched water, if any (I never had this problem), could never last for more than half an hour. H2 molecules are REALLY small. The tiniest we have in the Universe actually! They are so small that they can even pass through steel sheets! Imagine our gut and body tissues... haha This is actually why liquid hydrogen is still far away from replacing fossil fuels in cars, aircraft and ships. It would require tanks with massive walls and pressure not to let it pass through. Too expensive with our current technology. With gas inhalers bloating is simply not physically possible. The gas is inhaled and absorbed in the lungs, making its way into the bloodstream. Again, after half an hour of use ALL HYDROGEN GAS will have traveled though your tissues (where it activates anti-inflammatory pathways) and left your body. After all we are not Superman: not "men of steel". ๐Ÿ˜‰ With the current inhalers being marketed for home use it's literally impossible to have an overdose. The concentration of H2 in the blood โ€“ either with water or gas โ€“ is very low (a maximum of 0.2% if I'm not mistaken). Check this Japanese study published on PubMed. Even making the pigs inhale ONE HUNDRED PERCENT hydrogen gas the maximum concentration they achieved in the blood was only 0.5%! Oh, and @Fawaz J is correct: WE were supposed to produce our own needs of hydrogen gas in our gut. Well, not really us... our microbiota actually. But the problem is that with our modern diet โ€“ without sufficient pre and probiotics โ€“ many people suffer from dysbiosis: a damaged and imbalanced gut flora.

Link to the (amazing) study: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3.. BTW, does everybody here know what PubMed is? It's the official US government repository of medical scientific studies. I've known this like forever because I'm married to a physician/ researcher. A gastroenterologist BTW ๐Ÿ˜‰

Sorry, one rectification is due: the machines actually release a ratio of 2:1 H2 to O2. So actually a 1,500 ml/ min machine releases 1,000 ml of H2 and 500 ml of O2 per minute, for instance.
