Unfortunately the scientific field of dietetics is almost impossible to make any strong or sweeping claims in. This is because of how differently individual people’s bodies react to what we eat. I never actually watched the game changers (and disclaimer am not a dietician) m.  However it did turn my friend vegan... but only for about a month. I’m always a bit skeptical that people who go vegan purely for health benefits are unlikely to sustain it. Just like you don’t stay on a particular diet your whole life.

The documentary itself is really polished and well-made, but it could lead many people in the wrong direction. It's filled with statements that are misleading, only partially true, completely false, flawed logic, and just plain strange ideas. I noticed problems with several claims in the movie, one specific one is saying peanut butter has as much protein as beef or eggs?? Bruh what quantity of peanut butter are they suggesting the audience to eat!?!

So what was false or misleading?

This is kind of a propaganga film. The intentions are good, to add more vegetarian food and reduce meat consumption. Having said that, still I think that for athletes a mix diet is more effective. At least I found that for me having tried a 3 month diet plan on almost plant based foods did more harm than good. I did not recover from training, my tendons were sore, my stomach did not digest so well beans, soya proteins, sleep was not very good etc.
