hey, has anyone experimented with 15-20mg of creatine to help with cognitive performance? this woman claims that doing this can completely counter the effects of #Sleep deprivation and outperform having a good night of sleep. she says that over 5mg a day creatine goes into the brain and helps with performance.
She does 10mg daily, then boosts to 20mg if she has a messed up night.
I tried 15 mg this AM after a short night and brain feel pretty solid tbh.
