I absolutely hate the zinc related nausea but it really does work! I hung out with a sick friend all weekend and  felt a little under the weather on Sunday. Took 75mg of zinc Sunday and Monday (fought through the nausea side effects) ans feel totally fine. 2nd time in the last month that I’ve been directly in the line of fire and survived
