I just got a Katalyst and am going to try to use only this (no other exercise) for a month.  Anyone else try this before or know anyone who has?

You actually get stimulation of other muscles outside the ones that have the pads directly on them. I’ve noticed muscle hypertrophy on my forearms and shoulders (which dont have their own contact pads)
