I agree that olive oil has imm...
I feel like anyone who cooks already does this ... "drinking" it in a smoothie is like a new way to sell the idea as a new special practice. An article on cooking with olive oil isn't getting anywhere. Silly.

I wasn't aware of olive oil to help with chronic conditions. I think I might try this challenge.
