I've been interested in biohacking with the use of cannabis products for some time now. After researching, I decided to experiment with microdosing THC/CBD for better health and productivity. For 30 days I took 3-5mg THC and 5mg CBD oil extracts in the evening. I tracked my sleep quality, focus, exercise recovery, and anxiety levels. Here are my personal experiences:
Positives:
- My sleep quality definitely improved - I fell asleep faster and woke up more rested
- Muscle soreness after tough workouts decreased noticeably
- Had moments of heightened creativity
Negatives:
- No major difference in focus or productivity. Sometimes was more distractible
- A few instances of increased anxiety if I took too much
Overall it provided some mild benefits, but wasn't a major biohacking solution for me. Wondering if others here have had success using cannabis products to biohack? Would be great to hear your experiences! #Biohackers Connect #High Society
