"REHIT" – the "leaner and meaner" version 2.0 of HIIT (high intensity interval training) is the ultimate body-hack? I'm really impressed by the results in the paper Brad Stanfield comments on. I've been doing this for 2 weeks now and indeed my resting heart rate lowered and my heart rate variability increased. Anyone else trying this out too? youtu.be/oFIVi_qI7IA
