If Apple did a smart ring, I鈥檇 be tempted, but I鈥檓 not intrigued enough to have FOMO for all the Android-only options that exist and don鈥檛 blame or begrudge the decision to make it an ecosystem bonus. ecosystem lock-in is real

No subscription is nice. My Oura was free, but the subscription feels so pointless. The ring, as a whole, does, actually. It tells me it I slept poorly, which I know. Otherwise? Nothing useful. "You walked 8,250 steps yesterday, up from 7,900 the day before." That's worth $6 a month?
