Saw someone putting this infrared light therapy machine in a group chat for sale on discount and decided to go for it. Have it a try last night, the warmth and red light in the evening is actually quite relaxing getting ready for bed, though not going to claim I got/felt any benefits from it yet! Anyone got any tips or advice on how to make the most of infrared light therapy? When is the best time for it? Which areas should I direct the light at on my body? Depends on your goals I think. After workouts for muscle recovery and before bed for sleep quality for example.


i don't think you can overdo it. just avoid blasting your eyes
