
Speaking of coffee I’ve been LOVING Praxanthine. It’s a downstream metabolite of caffeine that is far less habit-forming, tolerance-building, and the best part — half-life is only about 3 hours, so it does not affect #Sleep at all.
Also, no jitters and far less anxiety-inducing.
I’ve been taking about 200mg first thing in the morning and then about 160mg at about 1pm. I still drink decaf coffee all day.
