What is the working hypothesis for why sleeping more than 8 hours has such terrible aging effects, at all exercise levels? Is it a selection bias in that people who sleep that much are more likely to be depressed or sick? I'm guessing its a simple relationship here:
If you're #Sleep deprived that's very bad and straining yourself makes it slightly worse.
If you sleep a lot and don't exercise it's probably because you're seriously ill.
