Yeah I have a few friends who also suggested using CBD oil for better sleep, also been seeing a lot of my rugby team mates mention CBD cream for after game recovery where apparently helps with muscle relaxation? Never tried but I can tell you that cream is very expensive!

Indeed you have to be sure about the provider. Here, I use it for sleep. Not a panacea but it helps a bit, along with all the other things I do each evening.

How’s your experience been with CBD oil? I tried a coffee with a few drops of CBD oil once but to be honest I didn’t feel much benefits in term relaxation or whatever they advertised, perhaps I got scammed haha
