I was taking the Blueprint creatine, but only gives 2.5g. 
I'm trying to take 10 now (5 in Am and PM) with this brand

I mean at a molecular level sure but people use different methods to create it and where contaminants get into it and need 3p testing.   you could put any drug name into that sentence

It can vary, but it’s rare that timing matters for supplements, and it usually doesn’t matter much. What I’ve found is that when trying to time something, I end up forgetting to take it a bunch.

Some things, like taking vitamin D with food, do matter a lot though.

Does time of day for taking creatine make a difference? Or any supplements for that matter?
