The psychiatric establishment is another failing “religion” of ineffective false beliefs.

In 2021, New York Times reporter Benedict Carey, after covering psychiatry for twenty years, concluded that psychiatry had done “little to improve the lives of the millions of people living with persistent mental distress. Almost every measure of our collective mental health—rates of suicide, anxiety, depression, addiction deaths, psychiatric prescription use—went the wrong direc­tion, even as access to services expanded greatly.”

One day this epic failure of a profession will be replaced by standardized self medication of the most appropriate reality altering extract - as is the case with many non prescription treatments for standard ailments.

As seen with Matthew Perry - some medical professionals just cannot be trusted.

With all the recent news about Ketamine and Matthew Perry's death, I'm often mind blown at how people treat psychedelics and in general the world of personal development- quick results- escapism and no integration. 

I was horrified at how Ketamine is marketed for trauma which is just adding to the disconnect in society.

You (collective) do not need drugs- but if you do choose to use them- they are a gateway to help you learn more about yourself and become the best version of you. Not a way to escape your life.
